Diagnostics & Analyses

SERVICES: DIAGNOSTICS - When you want to probe and find solutions to your "need-areas".

Diagnostics and Analyses

B-E-L-R-O-S-A is the most valuable diagnostic thought process I have ever seen. I am not a big fan of mystical sounding consulting processes, so this is NOT like that. Each of the letters of B-E-L-R-O-S-A represents an area that should be explored. This no-nonsense exercise is designed to "cut to the chase". For example, that last letter "A" at the end of the acronym stands for "Action". So each and everytime you use the BELROSA exercise, you end up with an accountable statement for a step to "take action"!

The diagnostic was developed by a braintrust in Human Equations, Inc. while in my very first consulting role in Baltimore's World Trade Center.

  • Taught to me in 1980, to this day I still use this "uncovering process" and have never found one that compares to it. B-E-L-R-O-S--A creates a blueprint for needs analysis, diagnostics and most importantly, for taking action!
  • In this exercise, we establish an objective and then discover and priioritize the need-areas to be addressed in order to accomplish the obectives.
  • I have taught this diagnostic-track to call centers, manufacturers, people who interview as part of their job activity, executives for problem solving and various other functions.
  • Heck, I've even taught it to my daughter and her friends for preparing themselves for job interviews.
  • BELROSA is a diagnostic - analytic track of inquiry. In many cases, in doing what I do, a client has specific "needs" that requires solutions. This process almost "forces" you to find a solution and develop an action plan.
  • If you want to identify areas of needs and get some answers to resolve those needs, this is the problem solver.
  • Usually taught in half day workshops with key members of the company participating.

This site may be new, but the heart & soul of developing projects to strengthen

corporate communication processes started in 1980, when I began my association with CEO Mac Bernstein & Human Equations, Inc., in the (then new) bristling business climate of Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
