You have probably been exposed to quite a few sales training programs, and some of them are very good. I am not trying to claim that "mine is better than theirs". What I can claim, is that this process was originally developed inside the walls of a growing Baltimore based retailer in 1985. Since its inception, this particular sales-process has carried over into several other retailers, as well as sales rep's in industries ranging from automotive to software manufacturers.
It is ideal for new sales people and is usually welcomed with open arms by experienced sales pros. It can be used for outside sales, inside sales, telemarketing and network marketing efforts.
