Training modules: Front-line communicatiom

People Skill-Sets Series

 Have you ever made a phone call to a company and the person receiving the call:

  • Speaks so quickly that you aren't even certain that you called the right place?
  • Or talks in a slang-like style that makes you think they may actually be standing on a street corner "hanging out";
  • Or mumbles to the point that you're having difficulty understanding them?
  • Or puts you on hold before you get half-a-word in?
  • Or continues to interact with people in their office and not focus on your call?

Well the list goes on and on, and I'm sure you have had an experience like one of the above, and you certainly expect higher performance in your Company. [Call a few of your front-line contact personnel. It may be an "eye-opener".]

Front-line communication is an important area where high-quality skill-sets need to be maintained! And this area is probably the least focused on by many companies.

I develop interactive lessons in key areas of "front-line" communication. A few examples are shown below.

Modules I Through IV - Front-Line Communication

To the left are frames taken from 4 Interactive Modules that focus on the basics of "front-line" communication designed for a client in the healthcare field.

It is important to stress that I can develop these types of training modules for any area that you want.

Quizzes for Modules I Through IV - Front-Line Communication

Each module also has a brief "quiz" to assure that not only was the module taken, but the material was absorbed as well.

This site may be new, but the heart & soul of developing projects to strengthen

corporate communication processes started in 1980, when I began my association with CEO Mac Bernstein & Human Equations, Inc., in the (then new) bristling business climate of Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
